Delicious food and trendy atmosphere. The suite we stayed in had a unique round bedroom and a luxurious standalone bath and shower. The bar was a hotspot and the concierge service was informative. Zuri the doorman were really good too be helpful. a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly and accommodating staff. The location near the subway was super convenient. The first-class restaurant and overall ambiance were impressive.

It is also close to all the major attractions of the city, yet nestled in a bustling neighborhood outside of the very touristy areas. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable, providing a luxurious oasis to unwind. The staff is attentive and cheerful, always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the hotel offers delicious room service and a tranquil atmosphere perfect for a good night's sleep or getting work done.

The lack of a doorman or assistance with luggage and cabs can be inconvenient for guests.

The room was beautifully designed with a stylish black look and wood floors. The hotel staff accommodated my requests for a room facing the street and a bathtub with a view of the Empire State Building. The location was amazing, with sweetgreen and Juice Press nearby for healthy food options.

The Wi-Fi speed was decent but not great, with a speed of 16Mbit/s. The public areas of the hotel were often crowded, making it challenging to find a quiet space for coffee or tea.

Our room was cozy and spotless with elegant decor and exclusive amenities. the personalized welcome note and a bottle of wine upon arrival were a nice touch. the staff were friendly and professional, especially Eric who provided us with helpful insights.

The only minor issue was the lack of view from our room. the hardwood floors and rugs added coziness to the suite.
